For educational purpose I collected some of my astrophotos in a slideshow some month ago. The presentation begins with pictures about my equipment followed by two very simple timelaps of the milky way which present the rotation of the earth and the problems of moving stars during long exposure photography of the sky. A final landscape image shows the telescope and behind it the Polaris which is the key landmark for setting the equatorial mount correctly to compensate the relative rotation of the sky. In the second part of the slideshow you will see photos about the moon and also very distant galaxies.
